Senior Java Lead Developer (14+ years)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot

• Architect and develop Microservices-based applications

• Design RESTful APIs and ensure high performance, scalability, and security

• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular (8+)

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Manage source control using Git and branching strategies

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices

• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)

• Ensure application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning

• Drive Agile/Scrum practices within the team

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers

Required Skills

• 8 12+ years of experience in Java development

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot & Spring Cloud

• Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture

• Proficiency in Angular

• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)

• Experience with REST APIs, JWT/OAuth security

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL)

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ good to have)

• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
