MS Dynamics 365 Architect

Position: MS Dynamics 365 Architect

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA (REMOTE)

Duration: Contract - 6-12 Months

Rate: DOE

Experience Level: 8-10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

·      Must have experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamic 365 and Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365.

·      Strong Expertise in Supply Chain Management Domain experience

·      Must have knowledge on Quotes, Order Entries, etc.

·      Good to have experience transitioning from Unified Service Desk (USD) to Omnichannel / modern agent experiences

·      Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language

·      Must have experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

·      Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.

·      Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).

·      Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into holistic solution designs.

·      Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows ensuring interoperability across front and mid-office systems.

·      Develop functional/design specifications for any integrations effecting front, mid and Back-office systems

·      Support proof of concepts (POCs), technology evaluations, and vendor assessments related to mid-office systems.

·      Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.

·      Mentor junior architects and technical leads, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Proven strong solutioning hands on experience in supply chain domains.

·         Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·         Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
