Designer/Developer, e-Learning

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an Instructional Designer (eLearning Developer) to support the design and delivery of engaging digital learning solutions.

This role focuses on building interactive eLearning content, supporting LMS integrations, and improving training effectiveness through modern tools and design practices.  This role is hybrid, in the office 3 days/week in Columbia, SC.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive eLearning modules and training content
• Build courses that integrate with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Apply graphic design, video, and multimedia elements to enhance learning
• Evaluate and update training materials based on effectiveness and feedback
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain eLearning and blended learning solutions
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to ensure functionality and usability
• Support needs assessments and continuous improvement of training programs
• Create reporting and data tools to track training performance
• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of instructional design, eLearning, or related experience
• Experience developing online learning modules and interactive content
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Graphic design and multimedia (video/audio editing) experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
