Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly accomplished ServiceNow Architect with proven experience in leading enterprise-scale implementations This role demands not only deep technical expertise but also the thought leadership to shape platform strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive innovation that positions ServiceNow as a key enabler of business transformation. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
Design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define solution architecture.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party APIs.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, and instance maintenance activities.
Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations for platform optimization.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge articles.
Support Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience.
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
Education
Bachelor''''''''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
