Title : System Administrator/Desktop Engineer
Contractor staff shall demonstrate knowledge and experience in Systems Administration, Test and
Development infrastructure, and monitoring system performance to ensure adequate resources
(hardware, software, and communications) are available to meet customers requirements. The
contractor will be well-versed in Cybersecurity hygiene. Risk Management Framework, Assessment and
Authorization, system and application hardening, and documentation formulation. The contractor will lead
the effort to ensure that Operating System scans and vulnerability tracking documentation are
coordinated and resolved. They will have in-depth knowledge of system imaging, system patching,
backup and restore, and configuration management tools.
The contractor shall demonstrate knowledge and experience with on-premises and cloud computing
architectures and administration. They will have experience in infrastructure auditing tools and
techniques and project management (requirements gathering and project formulation).
In-depth knowledge of and the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows-based
computer systems on a complex data network.
Advanced principles and practices of IT and project management, industry standards, and advanced
technical concepts.
Server hardware and software (on premise and cloud), including various server operating systems and
server applications; methodologies for specification, installation, configuration, analysis, maintenance,
troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of server systems.
Principles and operating procedures for directories, policies, permissions, and user account
administration
Backup and recovery strategies and reporting.
Intermediate to advanced networking concepts and configurations.
Experience: Typically has 6+ years of experience, 4 years of specialized experience in Cloud computing,
Linux and Windows Administration, and Cyber Security.
Education: BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related. And or CompTIA
A+ & Network, Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA), CCNP, Microsoft Certified, MCSE, Azure Network
engineer, Linux.
EDUCATION
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
