  • Lead complex diagnostics and investigations to resolve field and system-related issues.
  • Support both production and aftermarket programs through technical expertise and issue resolution.
  • Participate in repair development, hardware training initiatives, and collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Drive special investigations by gathering field data, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports that interpret reliability and return data while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Keep customers and field teams informed of issue status while recommending enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and "voice of the customer" to influence product and process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, suppliers, repair centers, and aircraft manufacturers and operators to deliver sustainable solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex diagnostics, supporting root cause investigations, and driving corrective actions in a technical or engineering environment.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience driving the development, planning, and implementation of timely and effective corrective actions for field issues involving electronic or complex technical products.
  • Hands-on experience with aerospace products or systems, including mechanical and/or electronic control systems.
