Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: PeopleSoft FSCM
DURATION: Long term
Location: Austin, TX - Onsite
The candidate must have experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and must excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and mapping data to legacy systems and third-party interface systems.
The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large remote team.
Other duties include documentation, hands-on testing, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed.

8 | Required | Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. |
8 | Required | Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations. |
8 | Required | Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts. |
8 | Required | Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces. |
8 | Required | (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) |
8 | Required | (at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting. |
4 | Preferred | Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) |
2 | Preferred | Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system |
2 | Preferred | Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) |
2 | Preferred | Experience with SharePoint |
1 | Preferred | Experience with Jira |
