SAP Training Lead

Managing Business Consultant
Houston, TX (Remote)
11+Month Contract

Plan, develop, and deliver training programs to support the transition to SAP S/4HANA and prepare users for go-live and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the S/4HANA training strategy, schedule, and logistics
• Develop and maintain training materials (user guides, presentations, e-learning)
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning sessions
• Track training progress, gather feedback, and report key metrics
• Collaborate with project, functional, and change management teams
• Support end users during and after go-live

Requirements

• Experience managing training or project-based initiatives
• Knowledge of SAP systems; S/4HANA preferred
• Strong training development and delivery skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools; SAP Enable Now a plus
