Basic Qualifications:

*) Experience setting up and operating Flow waterjet equipment.

*) Understanding of machining theory and machining strategies.

*) Ability to read, understand, and interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances.

*) Ability to use common machine shop hand tools and precision measurement equipment.

*) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*) Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments effectively.

*) Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

*) Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions.

*) Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documentation and procedure manuals.

*) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*) Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.

*) Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

*) Experience programming with Flow software.

*) Experience with 5-Axis waterjet equipment.

*) Prior experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

*) Formal machinist apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.

*) Experience working with composite materials and precision manufacturing processes.
