Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM development, configuration, integration, and customization.

Required Skills

Must Need 12+

• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Siebel CRM
• Strong hands-on experience in Siebel Development and Configuration
• Experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript, and Siebel Workflow
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, and Screens
• Experience with Siebel EAI and integration technologies
• Experience working with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and XML
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Siebel Open UI is preferred
• Experience with Siebel Administration and deployment is a plus
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting is preferred
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
• Design and develop Siebel business components, applets, views, workflows, and business services.
• Develop and support Siebel EAI integrations with internal and external applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application and integration issues.
• Perform Siebel configuration and customization using Siebel Tools and eScript.
• Develop and maintain web services and API integrations.
• Work with database teams on SQL queries, data validation, and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other technical teams.
• Support application enhancements, defect fixes, and new functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Siebel certification is a plus.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI and modern Siebel architecture.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations.
• Strong experience in production support and performance troubleshooting.
