- Experience: 2 years of experience in AI/ML development and software engineering, with demonstrated success in deploying production-grade AI solutions.
What we're looking for:- Designs, develops, and fine-tunes AI/ML models, including LLMs, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and agentic AI systems for diverse healthcare applications.
- Builds and maintains scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Deploys and operationalizes AI/ML models in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborates with software developers to integrate AI models into applications such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and analytics tools.
- Applies advanced NLP techniques (e.g., transformer models like BERT and GPT) for document classification, summarization, and Q&A systems.
- Monitors, tests, and retrains models to optimize performance and maintain accuracy.
- Translates business needs into technical requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Communicates technical findings and solution impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
- Applies modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, version control, and Agile methodologies.
- Continuously evaluates and implements advancements in AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and software development.
