Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and auditing technology policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Duties include developing and enforcing technology standards and regulations, assessing risk, and supporting the implementation of technology controls
- Performs standard risk assessments, monitors and reports policy and controls compliance
- Facilitates and leads audit and compliance activities of high complexity or across multiple business units, including gathering technology controls evidence
- Participates in the preparation of materials for external audiences and delivers review sessions
- Coordinates with technology and risk management partners to track and remediate control gaps or findings
- Work collaboratively in a global team responsible for identifying technology risks and developing technology controls and supporting processes to align with regulatory requirements
- Ability to break down complex or vague problems and step through them in a rational way
- Able to evolve a decision as new information is gained
- Find opportunities for process improvements
- Assists in implementing new controls and processes as technologies, risks, and regulations evolve
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Audit, control, Operations
- HM notes:-Technology Risk compliance team
- Audit and control
- Support Delivery of control testing evidence
- Operational activities
- Facilitating auditable deliverables
- Audit programs
- RFP client support
- Execution of controls within the team
- Termination and engagement
- Operational control background
- Financial or any enterprise industry with good audit experience
- Nice to have Snowflake, ServiceNow
- Soft skills: Very collaborative, good collaboration skills, good analytical skills
- Critical thinking, good communication skills, ask questions, work collectively.
