A bit about us:

Founded more than 35 years ago and based in Akron, Ohio, we design and manufacture custom molds, tooling, patterns, fixtures, and prototypes for customers across a broad range of industries. Our operation combines advanced CNC machining, fully integrated 3D CAD/CAM technology, skilled craftsmanship, and more than 100 years of combined industry experience. We support projects from initial design and reverse engineering through machining, finishing, mold rework, and final delivery.

Why join us?

Work on custom molds, tooling, fixtures, patterns, and prototypes rather than repetitive high-volume production
Operate modern Haas vertical machining centers and gain exposure to large-format 5-axis equipment
Machine a wide range of materials, including aluminum, tooling board, foam, wood, plastics, and composites
Join an established, specialized operation with more than 35 years in business
Contribute to projects serving aerospace, transportation, marine, recreational vehicle, energy, building-products, and other industrial markets
Work alongside experienced mold, pattern, machining, and finishing professionals
