SAP Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) – Senior Consultant (10+ Years Experience)
Summary
Seasoned SAP P2P Consultant with 10+ years of hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain transformation across ECC and S/4HANA. Expert in designing, configuring, and optimizing procurement workflows, vendor management, inventory processes, and invoice automation for global enterprises.
Core Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle SAP P2P implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA migrations.
Design and configure MM components: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Source List, Info Records, Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures.
Implement Purchase Requisition → Purchase Order → Goods Receipt → Invoice Verification workflows.
Integrate P2P with FI, CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM, Ariba, and VIM.
Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (WRICEF in S/4).
Drive automation for PO creation, GR posting, invoice matching (2‑way/3‑way), and vendor payments.
Conduct workshops, blueprinting, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
Optimize procurement KPIs: lead time, vendor performance, GR/IR clearing, and spend visibility.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline procurement policies and compliance.

Inventory Management, MRP, Batch/Serial management
Integration with FI‑AP, Ariba, OpenText VIM
Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
