Job Title: Lead SSIS Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Job Overview:
The candidate will manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Maintain proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
- Utilize SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) effectively.
- Apply knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.
- Manage SQL Server Agent job scheduling and automation.
- Implement data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
- Work with Solution Architects to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Exposure to enterprise reporting and BI environments.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and terminology.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and support, with prior client-facing leadership experience preferred.
