Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle
Transportation Management (OTM) to support Oracle Fusion applications, transportation
processes, and enterprise supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with
business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive successful
implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle Fusion OTM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support
activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand transportation and supply chain
challenges.
• Configure and optimize OTM workflows, transportation planning, execution, and
shipment management.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and
IT.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and test
scenarios.
• Support integration requirements between OTM and other Oracle Fusion modules and
external systems.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to continuous process
improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle applications consulting.
• Strong specialization in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight management, and
logistics processes.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and propose effective solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise application implementation, enhancement, or support
environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of OTM integrations with ERP and third-party logistics systems.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and testing processes.
• Experience working in Agile delivery and IT service management environments.
