Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Technical Lead to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling solutions for Cardinal Health.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across SAP FICO modules, integration capabilities, and finance processes while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- The role requires extensive experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Product Costing, P2P and O2C integrations, EDI, DMEE Tree, EBS formats, and SAP BRIM integration with FI-CA/RAR.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor teams while managing complex enterprise-wide SAP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP systems across SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Controlling.
- Work extensively with output types, GL determination, movement types, valuated and non-valuated postings.
- Lead Product Costing implementations and support successful project execution.
- Develop finance solutions to enhance and extend Cardinal Health's SAP investment.
- Provide expertise on SAP financial integration with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver SAP-enabled supply chain and finance solutions.
- Lead complex SAP projects and provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Establish strong relationships across business units through effective communication and flawless execution.
- Mentor SAP teams and provide technical and functional guidance.
- Apply enterprise-wide perspectives to influence strategic decisions.
- Participate in process improvements, policy development, and best practices.
- Lead medium and large-scale SAP initiatives with significant business impact.
- Act as a mentor to less experienced team members.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP FICO and Integration experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
- Strong experience with:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Intercompany Accounting
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Product Costing
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations and production support.
- Strong understanding of:
