Product Manager/ServiceNow: We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow and its ecosystem to lead the consolidation and modernization of platforms following a large healthcare acquisition. This role will own the technical product lifecycle, drive platform integration strategy, and ensure a seamless transition into a unified enterprise ServiceNow environment. You will collaborate with cross functional teams-including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security, Architecture, and business stakeholders-to align workflows, eliminate redundancies, and standardize processes across newly merged organizations. The ideal candidate brings both product management rigor and strong hands on familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities Product Manager ServiceNow- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. For example, what modules have they worked with or owned? (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, etc.). Have they owned the product strategy/roadmap for a ServiceNow instance or modules? Do they have experience with outcomes like release ownership, platform architecture, module rollouts, backlog/feature delivery, etc.? What ServiceNow certifications do they hold? |
