This role will own the technical product lifecycle, drive platform integration strategy, and ensure a seamless transition into a unified enterprise ServiceNow environment. You will collaborate with cross functional teams-including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security, Architecture, and business stakeholders-to align workflows, eliminate redundancies, and standardize processes across newly merged organizations.
