Position Overview

In this role you will have high visibility in the industry and will partner closely with sales, delivery leads, and executive stakeholders to shape solutions, influence outcomes, and drive new business across accounts. This is a strategic, customer facing role responsible for leading discovery engagements, building solution architectures, creating demos and presentations, and guiding prospects through the value of ServiceNow’s security and risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand security, risk, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Develop solution architectures and technical proposals across: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/GRC, ThirdParty Risk, Operational Resilience.
• Deliver compelling demos, presentations, workshops, and value messaging tailored to customer needs.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution estimates, and SOW development.
• Act as the technical liaison between sales, delivery, and the customer to ensure alignment on scope and expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, architecture, or technical consulting.
• Handson technical experience expertise with Security Operations (SIR, VR) and/or IRM/GRC workflows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and risk/compliance frameworks.
• Ability to design architectures integrating SIEM, EDR, threat feeds, and vulnerability scanners
• Excellent communication skills: presentations, workshops, executive storytelling, and technical writing
• Comfortable engaging with CISOs, security engineers, risk leaders, and cross functional stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Risk Management, GRC, or SecOps domains
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts or regulated industries
• Ability to travel as required by the job responsibilities
