Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities;
- Answering manager tickets via ServiceNow.
- Supporting major HR cycles/programs: annual employee survey, midyear performance process.
- Gathering and organizing data for performance management (e.g., pulling underperformer data for tracking — not owning coaching/management of those cases).
- Helping troubleshoot broken/ad-hoc processes.
- Acting as first point of contact for immigration/relocation questions, then routing to legal/COE experts as needed
- Occasional light coaching/sounding-board conversations for managers (not a core requirement, more "as needed")
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Highly proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, problem solver — top attributes called out repeatedly
- Someone who can roll up their sleeves and work independently, but knows when to ask for help
- HR generalist background preferred over deep specialization — open to candidates with shared-services/People Specialist backgrounds, not necessarily strategic HRBP experience
- Comfortable with startup/scrappy backgrounds as well as larger enterprise/matrix orgs
- Tech/SaaS/product industry experience is a nice-to-have, not required
- Some exposure to HR program/project management (cycles, processes) is valuable
- 5+ years of HR experience is ideal, generalist experience preferred over specialized HRBP experience
- No specific education requirement — comfortable with strong industry experience in lieu of a degree requirement
- No certifications required, though considered a plus
