We are currently seeking a QA Manager with a retail domain for our client based in San Ramon, CA (on-site).

Job Title: QA Manager
Location: San Ramon, CA (Need local)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Experience 15+
Visa: Any visa status is acceptable. H1B candidates can be considered for transfer after 6 months.
Retail domain experience is mandatory
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with strong leadership experience and a solid background in the Retail domain. The ideal candidate will lead QA initiatives and teams while overseeing automation and testing activities across applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA teams and end-to-end testing activities.
- Define QA strategies, processes, and test plans.
- Manage automation, functional, regression, and API testing.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams.
- Track testing progress, defects, risks, and overall quality metrics.
- Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Need 15+ Years experience in QA automation.
- 4–5+ years of QA Management/Leadership experience.
- Strong Retail domain experience – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium and Playwright.
- Strong experience with BDD frameworks.
- Experience with API Testing and automation.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation, and Agile practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
