Partner Program Manager for a
contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a remote role.
We are seeking a highly organized, self driven Partner Program Manager (Contract) to support the development and execution of partnerrelated assets and enablement for the enterprise field organization. This role will focus on building clear, consumable partner assets for Adobe sellers and supporting the training and readiness of internal AIpowered tools used by the enterprise field teams.
This individual will work cross functionally with internal partner teams and external partners, acting as a connector and project owner to ensure partner content is accurate, easy to use, and ready for field consumption.
Responsibilities: - Partner Asset Development & Enablement
- Build, organize, and maintain partner-facing and field-facing assets that enable Adobe sellers to easily understand and leverage partner solutions.
- Translate complex partner offerings into clear, concise, and seller ready materials (e.g., overviews, solution summaries, quickstart guides).
- Ensure assets are structured for easy discovery and consumption by Adobe's enterprise field.
- Validate content quality, relevance, and usability from a seller perspective.
- Project Management & Execution
- Own project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track progress across workstreams, proactively identify risks, and drive issues to resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Proactively engage with external partners to gather required inputs, assets, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal Adobe partner teams and stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
- Act as a central point of contact to keep work moving forward without heavy oversight.
Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner enablement, program management, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven ability to project manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting enterprise sellers or sales enablement.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems (solution partners, technology partners, agencies, or GSIs).
- Exposure to content systems.
- Prior experience working in or with large, matrixed organizations.
