Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Automate Solutions Analyst with 14+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration platforms, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across large enterprise environments.

This role requires deep technical expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and development of enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Microsoft 365.
  • Design and implement advanced workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
  • Develop complex applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
  • Architect scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.
  • Implement governance, security, compliance, and best practices for SharePoint & Power Platform.
  • Perform business process analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party tools.
  • Lead migration projects (On-Prem to SharePoint Online).
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and production support.
  • Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with SharePoint Online & SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019).
  • Strong expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, Dataverse.
  • Hands-on experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON formatting.
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security models.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Microsoft Certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure).
  • Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Government, or Enterprise domains.
  • Experience with Power BI integration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
