About the Role
AaraTech Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to AWS services, DevOps practices, and modern cloud architectures. You will work closely with development and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
• Build and support cloud-native applications using microservices and serverless architectures
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Assist in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Work with container technologies such as Docker and basic Kubernetes/ECS
• Manage data storage services including S3, RDS, and DynamoDB
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Follow cloud security best practices and cost optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Technical Skills

• 2 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB)
• Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups)
• Experience using Git or similar version control systems
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic experience with data pipelines or streaming platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD automation
• Experience working in Agile environments
