- Technical and Functional Expertise: Ability to support, troubleshoot, and optimize Accounting Hub processes.

- Process Optimization: Ability to identify and implement improvements in accounting workflows.

- Onshore and Offshore Collaboration: Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams, as indicated by the template.
