Infrastructure Server / Platform Lead

Lead proactive monitoring, incident/problem management, and event response for infrastructure platforms ; implement observability improvements and support application/infrastructure tuning ; drive ITSM optimization and operational rigor across incidents/changes/knowledge ; support security and compliance objectives as part of platform operations ; identify and execute automation opportunities, including AI-driven automation where applicable ; support streamlining of IT infrastructure through improved license management and ownership of legacy processes (as applicable to server/platform scope) .
