Salary: $110,000 + bonus potential (W2)
About the Opportunity
We're seeking a NetSuite Developer to join the internal technology team. This role will play a critical part in enhancing and optimizing NetSuite, the company's core business platform, through custom development, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and comfortable taking projects from concept through implementation.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript
- Build and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST APIs and related technologies
- Create workflow automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing platform support
- Configure and administer NetSuite modules, workflows, roles, permissions, and system settings
- Document technical solutions and development best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
- Experience developing with SuiteScript (2.1 preferred)
- Strong experience building and supporting NetSuite integrations
- Experience working with REST APIs and web services
- Understanding of NetSuite administration and platform configuration
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SuiteFlow
- Experience supporting multiple business functions within NetSuite
- Background implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization
