Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Data Governance Consultants with a background in the Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in establishing and implementing Data Governance frameworks, along with basic exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) using any standard tool.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across customer data domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Data Governance frameworks and processes from scratch
Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance
Collaborate with business and technical teams to govern customer data
Support and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) processes using any MDM tool
Ensure proper data stewardship and ownership across domains
Drive data quality initiatives and governance best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Data Governance
Basic to moderate experience in MDM (Master Data Management) using any tool
Strong understanding of Customer Data domain
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to set up Data Governance processes independently
Any Data Governance/MDM tool experience is acceptable
