Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead iOS Engineer with strong hands-on experience in native iOS development and technical leadership. The candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise mobile applications while mentoring development teams.

Required Skills

9+ years of Software Engineering experience

7+ years of native iOS development

Strong expertise in:

Swift

SwiftUI

Xcode

Cocoa Touch

XCTest

Core iOS Frameworks

Experience as Lead Developer / Tech Lead / Mobile Architect

Strong knowledge of mobile architecture & design patterns

Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and team leadership

Agile/Scrum experience

Preferred Skills

Objective-C / C++

Firebase, Google Analytics, OAuth, Realm

Cloud/Container tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

Backend exposure: Java, J2EE, Spring

Databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo

Key Responsibilities

Lead iOS application architecture and development

Define coding standards and best practices

Mentor onshore/offshore developers

Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues

Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams

Drive testing and quality engineering (Unit Testing / TDD)
