Salary: $30 - $45 per hour

Job Details- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision components to spec
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate part production
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
- Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with tooling, fixturing, and machining processes to minimize downtime
- Follow all quality and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and other machinists to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- Working knowledge of G-code and basic machine offsets
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to hold tight tolerances consistently
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting
