Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Xstore Technical Lead with strong development expertise in Oracle Xstore POS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, customization, integrations, deployment, and support activities for Oracle Xstore implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Xstore POS development and technical delivery activities.
• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Xstore applications.
• Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop integrations between Oracle Xstore and enterprise applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Xstore technical issues.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Xstore POS development experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Xstore solutions.
• Strong Java/J2EE development background.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with POS integrations and retail application ecosystems.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Retail Suite applications.
• Retail domain experience.
• Experience with cloud and enterprise integration platforms.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
