Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. Experience in Banking or Financial Services (BFSI) domain is required. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based microservices, frontend technologies, REST APIs, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Microservices.
• Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Design and optimize relational databases with strong focus on data modelling and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Support application deployment through CI/CD pipelines and version control processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience in software development.
• Banking or Financial Services (BFSI) domain experience.
• Strong experience in Java and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Expertise in REST API design, development, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL with any RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Excellent understanding of data modelling and database design principles.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive approach to delivery.
