Client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant for an exciting opportunity at our client.
As a SuccessFactors Consultant within the IT HR domain, your primary focus will be on the SuccessFactors SaaS application, particularly the Benefits and Employee Central.
This person will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including key users, super users, and development teams.
Business analysts and project managers ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in configuration with a very deep understanding of the Benefits and Employee Central (EC) modules (specifically knowing how to set up RBTs).
• Possess a strong understanding of HR processes and can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Be able to work independently, understand system dependencies, and proactively propose solutions to the business rather than just taking orders
• Excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
• Demonstrated experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations, and you thrive in a collaborative global team environment.
