Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Graph Engineer with a strong background in Life Sciences/Biotechnology to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ontology development, semantic web technologies, linked data, and knowledge graph modeling, along with experience applying these technologies in pharmaceutical or biomedical domains.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Knowledge Graph development.
• Master's degree in BioSciences, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
• Experience working in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biomedical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions for Life Sciences applications.
• Build ontology-driven data models, entity relationships, and semantic schemas.
• Develop and manage ontology models using Prot g and Semantic Web technologies.
• Implement and optimize SPARQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Design and maintain schema governance and ontology standards.
• Build linked data solutions using RDF, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, RML, and RDF-star.
• Develop data serialization models using JSON Schema and LinkML.
• Create Python-based scripts for vocabulary mapping, data transformation, automation, and quality control.
• Leverage LLMs to prototype intelligent data pipelines and semantic enrichment solutions.
• Collaborate with domain experts, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable semantic solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, interoperability, and governance across enterprise knowledge assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pharmaceutical or biomedical data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments
