About the Role
We are looking for a SailPoint ISC Technical Advisor to design, implement, and advise on enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow. This role focuses on solution design, client collaboration, and technical guidance, while remaining hands-on when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement IAM solutions for enterprise environments
- Lead application onboarding and integration efforts
- Design provisioning integrations and modules within IdentityNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into IAM solutions
- Participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions
- Provide guidance on:
- Identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Access provisioning and governance
- RBAC models
- Support development of:
- Workflows
- Rules
- Custom connectors (where required)
- Work with enterprise systems and ensure smooth IAM integration
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC)
- Strong experience in IAM consulting, design, and deployment
- Experience with:
- Application onboarding
- Identity governance and provisioning
- Integration testing and attribute mapping
- Good understanding of:
- Azure Active Directory
- Oracle EBS
- LDAP / Active Directory
- Familiarity with authentication protocols:
- SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, NTLM
- Hands-on experience with Java/JEE (for customization)
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) (good to have, not mandatory)
- Familiarity with IAM tools like Okta, Oracle IAM, RSA, CA
- Experience with ITSM tools like:
- Knowledge of enterprise systems:
- Experience with web technologies (REST/SOAP, XML, Web Services)
