Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Python, API-driven architectures, modern data warehouses, AI/MCP services, and DevOps and a proven ability to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale applications and data platforms end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend and full stack applications using Java and Python.


• Build, integrate, and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) services to enable AI/LLM-driven workflows and integrations.


• Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs applying clean architecture, SOLID principles, and secure coding standards.


• Design and operate ETL and data pipelines using Informatica, PySpark, SQL, and Python to support transactional and analytical workloads.


• Leverage modern data warehouses such as Vertica, SingleStore, ClickHouse, and Snowflake with a focus on SQL optimization and performance.


• Integrate AI/ML features, including LLM-based capabilities, prompt orchestration, and model serving via MCP or APIs.


• Deploy and operate containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes; support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.


• Perform production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across Linux and Windows environments.


• Collaborate with application, data, AI, and platform teams; lead reviews and mentor engineers while promoting best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise or large-scale systems.


• Strong proficiency in Java and Python; C# is a plus.


• Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven services.


• Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks, including Informatica, PySpark, and SQL-based pipelines.


• Strong experience with modern data warehouses such as Vertica, SingleStore, ClickHouse, and Snowflake.


• Deep knowledge of SQL optimization and data performance tuning.


• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.


• Experience integrating or supporting AI/ML-driven systems, preferably with MCP-based services.


• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating environments.


• Proficiency with Git and modern SDLC practices, including code reviews and branching strategies.


• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.


• Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures.


• Strong CI/CD and DevOps background (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).


• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Background in high-volume, data-intensive, or regulated systems; prior technical leadership or solution architecture experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI pipelines, prompt engineering, and model serving through MCP or APIs.


• Prior work in Agile/Scrum settings with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Interview Process

• Round 1: Video interview with 2-3 interviewers, including technical and hiring manager.


• Round 2: Technical deep dive with team lead, onsite or via video.


• Round 3: Final discussion with senior leadership.


• Glider assessment: Candidate ID verification.
