Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and build developer productivity tools, automation pipelines, and command-line utilities that improve the developer experience across the organization. This role is focused on enabling engineering teams to spend less time managing testing hardware and infrastructure and more time delivering innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Golang, developer tooling, DevOps automation, and cloud-native engineering. This is a hands-on development role requiring strong technical leadership, ownership of production systems, and a passion for building scalable and maintainable engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance Golang-based command-line tools and developer productivity utilities.
- Build automation pipelines that streamline developer workflows and testing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Author technical specifications and design documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline enhancements, toolchain modernization, and automation best practices.
- Perform code reviews with an emphasis on maintainability, extensibility, and engineering excellence.
- Support production systems through observability, monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable developer infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on production experience developing applications in Golang.

SonarQube & Code Quality- Integrate static analysis tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and enforce quality gates.
- Improve code quality, maintainability, security, and test coverage across engineering teams.
Additional Desired ExperienceFull-Stack Development- Understanding of frontend and backend integration patterns.
- Ability to contribute across the full application stack when needed.
Software Architecture- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Systems Thinking- Understand how individual services and applications fit within broader enterprise ecosystems.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and domains to deliver integrated solutions.
