Job Description
Role Overview Channel Partner / RTM Incubation & Activation

• Work with the Route-to-Market (RTM) Incubation and Activation team to develop and launch new partner channels.
• Help new partner routes grow from the early incubation stage through activation and scaling.
• Understand the partner journey and identify ways to make it easier for partners to work with Equinix.
• Gather feedback and requirements from partners and convert them into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Focus on improving the overall partner experience and making it easier and more convenient for partners to do business with Equinix.
• Understand channel business models and how partners generate business through Equinix.
• Work directly with partners to understand their challenges, gather requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Create process flows and flow diagrams to explain partner journeys, business processes, and system integrations.
• Document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories clearly.
• Understand API and LAN-related concepts and define requirements for API integrations with different partners.
• Work with teams across the Americas and APAC regions.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Channel partner-facing roles, business analysis, product operations, or partner activation.
• Experience gathering requirements and converting them into user stories.
• Strong requirement documentation and writing skills.
• Understanding of channel partner business models and partner journeys.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and related technical concepts.
• Experience working with multiple partners on API integrations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and data analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with AI tools or AI-enabled business processes is an added advantage
