SAP TM Consultant
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant.
This is a client-facing, onsite role requiring strong functional expertise, business interaction skills, and deep hands-on configuration experience in SAP TM.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support SAP TM implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions
• Configure and customize key TM processes including:
◦ Freight planning & execution
◦ Carrier selection & tendering
◦ Freight cost calculation & settlement
◦ Transportation planning & optimization
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP / S4 (SD, MM, EWM)
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Participate in workshops, design discussions, and client meetings as a trusted advisor
• Drive testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP TM
• Proven hands-on configuration experience in SAP TM (not just support or coordination)
• Strong understanding of transportation logistics and supply chain processes
• Experience in end-to-end TM implementations
• Ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders (client-facing role)
• Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or roofing industry
• Exposure to embedded TM in S/4HANA
• Familiarity with freight networks, carrier collaboration, and optimization tools
