Pay Rate : $50 -$55/

We have an immediate need for an RPA Senior Developer based in Sunnyvale. This is a hybrid role supporting enterprise digital automation initiatives, requiring close collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable RPA solutions.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end RPA project delivery using UiPath, from process assessment through design, development, deployment, and post-production support. You will analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, design robust automation solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with RPA best practices. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, preparing technical documentation, monitoring deployed bots, and continuously enhancing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and core UiPath components, along with solid programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar languages. Experience with REFramework, custom workflow development, and integrating UiPath with external systems using APIs, databases, or web services is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of RPA governance, security, and best practices, along with the ability to mentor junior developers. UiPath certifications, exposure to other RPA tools, Agile ways of working, and AI/ML integration with RPA are considered strong pluses.
