About the Role

As an Infrastructure Engineering Specialist, you will support low- to moderately-complex engineering initiatives across a large enterprise environment. You will analyze technical challenges, recommend process improvements, and support the development and delivery of infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to infrastructure engineering initiatives with low to moderate complexity.
• Review, assess, and troubleshoot basic technical assignments requiring research and evaluation of alternative solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system reliability.
• Present recommendations and solutions to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Gain expertise in infrastructure policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear and timely technical information to internal clients and engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent through a combination of professional experience, training, military service, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with video surveillance and security alarm systems.
• 3+ years of experience implementing IP-based networks, including:
  • VLANs and VLAN routing
  • Access Control Lists (ACLs)
• 1+ year of hands-on field installation experience with:
  • IP cameras
  • Network Video Recorders (NVRs)
  • Alarm panel hardware
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and pilot-testing physical security monitoring technologies in a large, distributed enterprise environment.
