Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Mobile application development and platform customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, including mobile workflows, integrations, and enterprise service management applications.
The candidate should possess strong technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform with the ability to develop user-friendly mobile experiences and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Mobile applications and workflows.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, forms, UI policies, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Build responsive and user-friendly mobile solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Support ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as required.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Mobile development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
- Experience with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
