Join our Health & Life Sciences technology services team as an SME-level JDE Technology Support Engineer. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining system stability, resolving complex technical challenges, and optimizing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments for our enterprise client base.

responsibilities:
- Deliver SME-level technical support and problem resolution for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems.
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) while maintaining technical knowledge base documentation.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and service management leads to diagnose root causes and prevent service disruptions.
- Proactively monitor system health and implement integration best practices across enterprise workflows.
qualifications:
7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Strong expertise in Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne SOA Integration.
Proven track record in incident and problem management within complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in Application Managed Services (AMS) environments.
Background supporting technology platforms within the Health & Life Sciences sector.
