Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation to support and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between HR, Compensation, and technical teams, driving configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within Workday.

This role requires a strong understanding of compensation processes, Workday functionality, business analysis, stakeholder management, and system releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Compensation subject matter expert.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions.
• Support annual compensation planning cycles, merit increases, bonus programs, equity planning, and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Payroll, and Technology teams to implement business solutions.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday releases.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end users.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize compensation programs.
• Develop documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Participate in change management and stakeholder communication activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Workday Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong understanding of compensation planning, salary structures, merit cycles, and bonus administration.
• Experience translating business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Experience with Workday releases, testing cycles, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
