Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support business and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes and data, preparing documentation, and helping identify opportunities for process improvement.

This position is suitable for entry level candidates and candidates with internship, academic project, or up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in analyzing business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and reports.
Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Assist with creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
Identify process gaps and assist with developing improvement recommendations.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test-case preparation, and defect tracking.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Participate in team meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Assist senior Business Analysts and project teams with day-to-day analytical activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Support, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of SQL.
Exposure to Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Understanding of process mapping, workflows, and UAT.
Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or data analysis.
