SummaryAs an
Administrative Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the daily rhythm that keeps our operations running smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes for Louisiana Medicaid members and providers.
Your role in our mission - Manage phone coverage, mail distribution, and front desk or reception duties.
- Provide rotational support for areas such as mailroom, claims intake, and office administration.
- Perform data entry, document imaging, and electronic record updates.
- Support leadership and teams with scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Maintain supplies, assist with onboarding tasks, and resolve administrative discrepancies.
What we're looking for - At least 2 years of administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably in healthcare, government, or business operations.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Positive, professional attitude with flexibility and a team-first mindset.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
