Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a dynamic team of engineers in the Greater St. Louis area. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Cloud, data warehousing, and Agile methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-based data solutions and play a pivotal role in modernizing enterprise data strategies.
Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a positive environment for development and growth.

- Collaborate with IT managers and business leaders to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and performance of cloud-based data solutions.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering DevOps team to develop KPIs and improve data service availability and usability.
- Execute strategic and tactical direction for the Cloud Data Engineering team's Rental domain.
- Manage teams responsible for data acquisition, integration, and serving applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT solution teams leveraging Rental solutions and data assets.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their career goals.
Qualifications: - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements.
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the immediate surrounding area with the ability to work onsite as needed.
- 6+ years of related experience in IT roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams within a large enterprise IT organization.
- Proven experience in people management, including career planning, training, hiring, and performance reviews.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Background in cloud data engineering or data warehousing and reporting environments.
- Proven leadership in application development teams handling high-transaction workloads.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and trends.
- Excellent project management skills, from planning to implementation and support.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to use data for effective storytelling and decision-making.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to changing business and IT objectives.
- Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and responsibilities.
Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions leveraging cloud-native platforms.

Pay Range: $150,000-165,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
