Summary
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart within the Financial Services and Insurance domain. This role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Build responsive and reusable UI components for both iOS and Android
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across platforms
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs
- Optimize application performance and resolve defects and production issues
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
- Ensure applications meet security, quality, and compliance standards required in regulated environments
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Proven experience building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and backend integrations
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to native mobile development (Android and/or iOS) for platform-specific integrations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application build and deployment
- Prior experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments
- Understanding of regulatory, security, and compliance requirements for mobile applications
