Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Attorney specializing in Business Litigation. A successful candidate will have a strong background in business and commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, and a desire to quickly become Partner and help grow an already expanding firm! We have top lawyers and sophisticated cases, but without the Big Law culture.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and valid California Bar License.
2. Desire to be primarily in-office to collaborate.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an associate attorney, with a focus on business litigation - other areas include aviation, employment, real estate, and products liability. Great if you have a book of business, but not required!
4. Proven experience in commercial litigation and business transactions.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft complex legal documents.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and managing legal risks.
7. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, accessible language.
